Part-Time RN

We are seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our surgical care team. Responsibilities

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care in accordance with established protocols and physician instructions.
• Administer and monitor local and IV sedation under physician direction.
• Assess patient conditions and adapt to changing clinical needs with professionalism and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-operative care to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and uphold all privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the overall flow of the practice.
• Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and a team-first attitude in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of one year of experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused demeanor.
• Interest in or experience with oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures preferred.
• Willingness to cross-train and assist with front office or clinical support tasks when needed.
