THE OPPORTUNITY:

Working alongside the long-tenured Administrator (over 20 years) who leads with a servant’s heart, the Director of Nursing will be responsible for the overall leadership of the skilled nursing unit and also part of the inter-disciplinary team for residents at all levels.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse in Texas
• Prior success in leading a team to provide residents with outstanding service and hospitality
• Ability to monitor and establish processes which result in top-notch clinical care
• Prior tenure in a community with good state survey results
• Solid understanding of the commercial aspects of managing a skilled nursing unit, including knowledge of Medicare reimbursement processes
