THE JOB:
As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary role is to deliver exceptional guest service while creating a warm, inviting, and elevated shopping experience. If you’re passionate about great customer service and creating a positive shopping experience, this is your opportunity to help guests feel welcome and valued. THE STARTING RATE: $13.00 per hour (plus 3% commission)
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments.
- Assist guests with their needs and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping.
- Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
- Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Must have a High School diploma or GED
