Asphalt Paving Foreman

**Location:** Tampa, FL **Pay:** $110,000 per year Full-time, W-2 employment with Rinvio, working on site with our client. Guide a crew of 10 through asphalt paving operations on heavy highway projects, providing clear direction at the jobsite. Your focus is bringing workers, equipment and resources together so paving advances safely and stays on schedule. **What you will do** - Direct daily paving activities, giving crew members clear priorities and explaining how their assignments support the work underway. - Arrange equipment and supporting resources for upcoming tasks so the team has what it needs to complete assigned paving activities. - Coordinate activity throughout the paving operation, keeping crew efforts and equipment aligned with the demands of each task. - Provide project managers with updates on work completed, conditions encountered onsite and concerns that require their attention. - Reinforce safe working practices while guiding the team toward timely completion of its assigned responsibilities. - Communicate revised priorities and changing field conditions promptly, helping workers understand what needs to happen next. **What you bring** - Previous experience with asphalt paving is preferred, providing familiarity with the work you would help organize and oversee. - A track record of leading crews is preferred, including experience giving direction and coordinating people during field operations. - The organizational ability to bring personnel, machinery and other resources together around the needs of highway paving work. - Clear communication skills for directing workers and keeping project managers aware of progress, operational needs and emerging field concerns.
