  • Prepare support for SEC filings, footnote disclosures, MD&A, and other public reporting materials.
  • Prepare financial statement tie-outs and supporting schedules to help ensure reporting is accurate, complete, and internally consistent.
  • Prepare and organize workpapers for financial statement balances, disclosures, audit requests, and disclosure checklist support.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly journal entries, consolidation activity, and variance analysis.
  • Support reporting controls, process improvements, technical accounting research, ESG disclosure, purchase accounting, and other projects as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with accounting, finance, audit, and operational teams while demonstrating sound judgment and professional integrity.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting and financial statements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate, well-organized support.
  • Ability to think critically, ask good questions, and follow through on open items.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, financial statements, and accounting systems.
  • Interest in learning public company reporting and taking on a variety of financial reporting responsibilities.
  • Experience with accounting, audit, financial reporting, corporate accounting, public company reporting, or real estate is helpful but not required.

Work Environment
