Hilltop Park Post Acute is Hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing!

Shift: Full-time

We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! What to expect:

Assist the Director of Nursing in the management and operation of the nursing department.

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in CO

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility required

At least one year experience as a RN

Previous Nurse Management or Director of Staff Development experience preferred

Rate: $105,000-$110,000
