Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
• Follow up with customers that have not returned for scheduled maintenance
• Reschedule missed or canceled appointments
• Send appointment reminders and confirmations
• Follow up after appointments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain friendly and professional communication with every customer

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
• Automotive experience a plus
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
