STUDENT - VIC Radio 50-Hour Marathon Coordinator (Spring '27)

VIC Radio is looking for a Coordinator for our annual 50-Hour Marathon for the Spring 2027 semester. The 50-Hour Marathon is VIC Radio's annual on-air fundraiser where four VIC DJ's stay awake for 50 hours to raise money for a local non-profit.  This is the time that VIC gets to shine, as the station's programming airs on VIC Radio and simulcasts on WICB and ICTV.

The 50-Hour Marathon Coordinator works as the station's liaison with organizations and community members at Ithaca College and the City of Ithaca to plan programming events. This person confirms the Marathon's non-profit partner and organizes the in-person Benefit Concert.  

We're looking for a student who:

• is motivated;
• is organized and detail-oriented;
• is a strong communicator both in-person and via email;
• is able to attend weekly VIC Radio Executive Staff meetings and General Staff meetings;
• is a collaborative team player
