Full-Time Server - Pizza Yurt

Position Summary 

Are you passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences in a luxurious setting? Wasatch Peaks Ranch, a premier private residential community in Utah, is seeking a dedicated server to join our team for the upcoming winter season. 

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SKI IN/SKI OUT DESTINATION.  SERVERS WILL NEED TO HAVE A STRONG SKI/SNOWBOARD ABILITY FOR THE PIZZA YURT.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities 

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. 
• Adhere to the F&B sequence of service to ensure a seamless dining experience. 
• Prepare tables with meticulous attention to sanitation and presentation. 
• Present menus and offer knowledgeable guidance to members and guests. 
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and workstation, ensuring a polished and inviting atmosphere. 
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including setting up and breaking down dining areas. 
• Ensure table settings, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained throughout the meal. 
• Handle member inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy. 
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and discreetly. 

Qualifications 

• Must be an intermediate skier or snowboarder 
• 6 months of restaurant service experience  
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional member service and exceed member expectations. 
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including proper table setting and menu knowledge. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with members and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner. 
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high-quality dining experience. 
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. 
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
