📋 Key Responsibilities

Diagnostics: Troubleshoot electrical, drivability, and performance issues using Ford factory tools.
Repairs: Perform engine, transmission, fuel, and emissions repairs on Power Stroke diesel vehicles.
Accuracy: Complete both warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
Collaboration: Partner with service advisors and parts personnel to ensure a great customer experience.

✅ What We Are Looking For

Experience: Strong background in diesel repair, specifically Ford Power Stroke, Super Duty, and F-Series trucks.
Skills: Excellent diagnostic abilities and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Certifications: Ford certifications are a major plus, but real-world experience is highly valued.
Requirements: Must pass standard dealership hiring requirements, including background and drug screenings.
