Automotive General Manager – Motor Werks INFINITI
Motor Werks INFINITI, part of the Motor Werks family, is hiring an experienced Automotive General Manager to lead dealership operations in Barrington. This role is ideal for a proven automotive leader who can drive sales and profitability, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day dealership operations across sales, service, customer relations, and financial performance
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that achieve business goals
- Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency through disciplined performance management
- Monitor budgets, sales targets, and key dealership performance metrics
- Maintain customer experience standards consistent with INFINITI and Motor Werks
- Represent the dealership in the Barrington community and build strong local partnerships
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume luxury automotive dealership
- Strong business acumen with expertise in financial analysis, sales strategy, and operational management
- Demonstrated ability to inspire teams and consistently achieve or exceed goals
- Customer-focused leadership style with a commitment to exceptional service
- INFINITI or Nissan experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
