What will you do?

• Lead, coach, and support branch staff to ensure excellent customer service and employee engagement
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Foster growth by developing new customer relationships and deepening existing ones
• Partner with internal teams (lending, operations, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth branch performance
• Represent the bank in community and business development activities

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• Proven leadership experience in banking or financial services (minimum 3–5 years)
• Strong knowledge of consumer and commercial banking and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
• Commitment to community values and relationship banking
