Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the White County Detention Center in Georgia.

Your Schedule

Enjoy a standard rotating 3/4 schedule with alternating three-day and four-day workweeks.

• Week One: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday

• Week Two: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday

• Day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM

• Full-time opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Provide nursing care and treatment according to established protocols.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes in health status.

• Respond to medical needs and emergencies.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Communicate with healthcare providers and other members of the healthcare team.

• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Georgia.

• Current CPR certification.

• Previous nursing experience preferred.

• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a healthcare team.

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
