The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to step into a leadership role at our practice. As Lead Dental Assistant , you'll be the go-to person for our dental assistant team, training new hires, optimizing how we work together, and making sure everything runs smoothly on the clinical floor.

What You'll Do:

• Train and onboard new dental assistants, getting them up to speed on our systems, protocols, and patient care standards
• Be a resource and mentor for dental assistants—answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance
• Work alongside the team chairside when needed while keeping an eye on the bigger picture
• Partner with the office manager and dentists to improve processes and patient experience
• Maintain supply inventory and ensure treatment rooms are properly stocked and organized

What You Need:

• Active NJ Dental X-Ray License
• 3-5 years of hands-on dental assisting experience
• Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm when things get hectic
• Denticon experience is a plus
