Salary: $90,000+ Annually (Based on Experience)

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager to lead our clinical team in a busy family practice office.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage nursing staff and medical assistants.
• Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
• Work closely with providers and administration to improve patient care and office efficiency.
• Develop and implement clinical workflows and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license required.
• Previous nursing leadership or management experience preferred.
• Family practice or primary care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
