This includes workers’ compensation reporting and Fair Labor Association (FLA) training requirements. If you love helping people grow and want to make a visible impact on company culture, we’d love to meet you.

  • Track completion, follow up with managers, and escalate overdue reviews to HR leadership
  • Review completed forms for quality and completeness, returning incomplete forms for correction
  • Train managers and employees on writing specific, behavior-based feedback and setting measurable goals
  • Deliver Radical Candor training so managers can give direct, caring feedback and lead productive 1-1 conversations
  • Maintain review records in Paylocity and employee files, and report completion rates by department
  • Use review results to identify development needs and build them into training plans
  • Recommend improvements to performance management forms, processes, and communications
  • Support HR with documentation for performance improvement plans as needed

Health, Safety & Workers’ Compensation

  • Chair the Safety Committee and lead monthly meetings to review injuries and near misses, conduct root cause analysis, and assign corrective actions
  • Ensure facility compliance with OSHA standards and identify safety, health, and environmental risks
  • Develop inspection policies, procedures, and a routine inspection schedule
  • Create and monitor health & safety procedures for all areas of the company
  • Schedule and deliver training on emergency procedures and workplace safety
  • Meet with employees promptly after a work-related injury or illness to explain care options and their rights
  • Report injuries and updates to our workers’ compensation carrier and maintain related files, including post-accident drug screen results
  • Maintain OSHA Forms 300 and 301, complete required OSHA reporting, and post Form 300A from February 1 through April 30 each year

Fair Labor Association (FLA) Training

  • Administer pre-assessments and periodic surveys to establish baseline employee knowledge before CSR, health & safety, and FLA training
  • Participate in CSR and FLA workshops covering the apparel industry, Code of Conduct, sustainability, health & safety, first aid, and grievance channels
  • Deploy FLA eLearning modules to production and operations staff, and maintain attendance records, photos, videos, and quiz results
