Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers according to individual care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively in Spanish with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and daily care instructions.

Requirements

• Spanish-language proficiency required.
• Valid Washington State HCA or CNA credential.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass applicable background checks.
• Comfortable working in homes with pets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous in-home caregiving experience.
• Experience with dementia, hospice, or mobility support.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
