Spa Supervisor - Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As an Spa Supervisor, you’re not just helping oversee daily spa operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support daily spa operations: Assist in managing the spa’s day-to-day functions, stepping in for the Spa Manager/Director and/or spa team members as needed to ensure seamless service and compliance with all health and cleanliness standards
• Contribute to revenue growth: Assist with marketing, merchandising, and spa programming initiatives
• Support operational efficiency: Help manage budgeting, payroll, purchasing, and inventory control to optimize operational effectiveness and cost management
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support spa team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
