KS1090 - 2 to 3 Full-Time Housekeepers - Bay Area/SF, CA

Overview

A high-end private estate in the Woodside area is seeking to put together a housekeeping team of 2-3 full-time live-out housekeepers.  The Housekeepers will work alongside an existing housekeeping team and broader household staff.  Candidate should have strong prior private household experience with longevity. There are currently 2 shifts: a morning shift (i.e. 7am-3:30pm) and an afternoon shift (i.e. 10am-6:30pm). 40 hours per week guaranteed.  The lead housekeeper will usually be consistent with the scheduling for her team, and predefine all schedules on a Sunday, trying to make it so each housekeeping member only works one of these two shifts consistently throughout the week. However, she will also train new team members to ensure they are able to be trained to operate and work whether they are placed in the morning or in the afternoon shift.  The household has dogs and cats, so candidates should be comfortable around pets.  The client is open to relocating an amazing candidate!  The clients are ready to hire immediately. 

Responsibilities

• Daily and deep cleaning
• Laundry
• Ironing and steaming
• Care of fine garments and linens
• Care of high-end furnishings and finishes
• Household organization and restocking
• Guest preparation
• Errands/dry cleaning
• Supporting changing household and guest needs
• Must not be allergic to cats/dogs and be pet friendly

• Legal to work in the US
• Prior high-end housekeeping experience
• Discreet
• Proactive
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• No driving, no travel and no cooking 
• Open to relocation

Salary and Benefits

The clients are offering a competitive rate of $65-70/hr. depending on experience.Benefits to include:
