Responsibilities

Answer body shop phones, greet and receive customers
Direct customers to the correct estimator
Work cooperatively with the body shop manager and estimators
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Excellent listening/communication skills
Outgoing and positive personality
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
Professional appearance
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
