Shift Supervisor

Job Description:

As a Shift Supervisor at Popeyes, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your assigned shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient store performance, and a positive working environment for team members.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise, train, and motivate a team of customer service associates and sales associates during your assigned shift.
* Ensure all store policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to, including those related to cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
* Perform cash management duties, including register reconciliation, bank deposits, and safe management.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, addressing any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
* Prepare daily reports on sales, inventory, and other operational metrics.
* Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions for team members as needed.
* Open and close the store according to established procedures.

Qualifications:

* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Basic computer proficiency, including point-of-sale (POS) systems.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
