This highly visible role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems proactively, and making a meaningful difference in the communities they serve.

Position Summary

As a Community Manager, you will work closely with Boards of Directors across a portfolio of communities. You will be responsible for managing your assigned communities independently, staying organized, following through on commitments, and ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their management team. This position reports to the Regional Manager.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with Board members, homeowners, vendors, and contractors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of homeowner associations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas and amenities; identify maintenance, compliance, and operational needs.
  • Assist Boards with rule enforcement and communication with homeowners.
  • Coordinate community vendors and contractors, including follow-up on service needs and projects.
  • Help Boards review financial statements, prepare budgets, and monitor community finances.
  • Organize, prepare for, and lead Board meetings, annual meetings, elections, and other community events.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, correspondence, and other administrative documentation.
  • Attend occasional evening meetings, both in person and virtually.
  • Balance multiple priorities while providing responsive, high-quality customer service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Candidates with extensive, client-facing customer-service experience such as hospitality, restaurant, call center, retail, or similar environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • 1 – 3 years of HOA or community association management experience is preferred but not required.
  • A proactive, adaptable and independent approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple communities, projects, and deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements and assist with budget preparation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with CINC is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
