Pay: From $20.00 per hour

What You'll Do
- Schedule GI procedures and diagnostic testing
- Coordinate provider schedules and appointment changes
- Assist patients with procedure preparation and questions
- Track scheduled testing and ensure timely follow-up
- Communicate with patients, providers, and healthcare facilities
- Help patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their care
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of healthcare customer service experience
- Prior patient scheduling or procedure scheduling experience preferred
- Strong computer and EMR skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
