Workers’ Compensation/Medicare Compliance Attorney – Philadelphia, PA; King of Prussia, PA

This position can work from either the **Philadelphia** or **King of Prussia** office. **The Opportunity** In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: You will also be responsible for performing conditional payment searches, preparing Medicare submissions for set aside approval, and drafting Medicare language for settlement documents.
