Kettle Driver (9102)

Full Time Seasonal, schedule may vary depending on kettle locations

JOB SUMMARY:

Drives Salvation Army vehicle to transport bell ringers to and from kettle locations. Picks up and exchanges full kettles with next day’s empty kettle at pre-determined bell ringer locations and transport full kettles to the Corps for secure safe lockup. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive vehicles to transport kettles.
• Maintains cleanliness of truck and/or van inside and outside.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Ability to perform continuous stooping, standing and climbing as well as lift and  carry and/or push/pull moderate (25 - 50 lbs.) and possibly heavy (50-100 lbs.) materials and donations.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:             

High School diploma or GED

And

Two years’ driving experience
Or

Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
 
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Valid Driver’s License
