Designer, Olive & June

We’re looking for a US-based designer to help turn our brand’s look
into compelling visual stories across digital, print, social,
packaging and retail. Working with the creative team and partners
across the company, and guided by creative leadership, you’ll connect
big-picture marketing goals with hands-on design. You’ll thrive here
if you love high volume, fast turnarounds, and a collaborative,
supportive, fun team.

What you’ll do:
*Multi-channel design: Own art direction and design end to end for
product launches, seasonal campaigns, e-commerce assets and retail
displays.
*Packaging: Help design and lay out packaging, tool kits and retail
displays (e.g., Target and Walmart).
*Digital: Partner with growth marketing and web teams on
high-converting emails, landing pages and ads.
*Team: Join team calls, give creative feedback, hit deadlines and keep
deliverables consistent.

What you bring:
*Positive, anything-is-possible, ideas-are-unlimited attitude
*Minimum 3 years of graphic or visual design experience, ideally at a
fast-growing beauty, fashion, lifestyle or DTC brand.
*Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign, After Effects), Slack, Asana, and Figma.
*A proactive problem-solver who loves trends and designs for results
and conversion, not just looks.
