Job description
As an Automotive Service Advisor at Subaru Evergreen Park, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within an automotive service environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with automotive technology and terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software for service scheduling and invoicing.
