LPN

Heritage Hall exists to care for our residents as cherished members of our family, rooted in the heart of the communities we serve. Our facilities are small, close-knit, and deeply connected to the people and places around them, and that spirit carries into everything we do. Here, no one works alone.

As an LPN at Heritage Hall, you'll work with people you can count on. Trust goes both ways. It's the kind of place that feels like less of a workplace and more like a team that's genuinely in it together. Our LPNs grow professionally while being part of a team that actually has each other's backs.

Ready to join a team that has your back every shift? Apply today and bring your skills home to Heritage Hall.
