# Administrative & Material Control Specialist **Pay:** $17.50 per hour **Location:** Blue Springs, MS **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM ## Job Summary We are hiring an organized, detail-oriented Administrative & Material Control Specialist to support daily office operations at a manufacturing facility. This position handles purchase orders, supply ordering, inventory records, reporting, and communication with customers and the corporate office. **Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required**, along with proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and excellent communication skills. ## Responsibilities - Manage purchase orders, supply orders, and material control records. - Track inventory and maintain accurate documentation. - Use Excel to maintain spreadsheets, enter data, and prepare reports. - Communicate with customers, management, and the corporate office. - Process invoices, shipping and receiving paperwork, and other administrative documents. - Complete month-end reports and closing paperwork. - Maintain organized records and meet deadlines. ## Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required. - Previous administrative, purchasing, inventory, or bookkeeping experience preferred. - Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; proficiency in Outlook and Teams. - Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. **Additional Availability:** Occasional after-hours calls or emails may be required during month-end closing.
