We are looking for a reliable and experienced On-Call Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

Pay: $19.51/hr

Shift: Part-time as needed basis, no specific shift or work days. Will vary week by week depending on business needs. Have full availibility day and night

Travel to assigned locations to perform cleaning duties as scheduled or on short notice.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, lobbies, and other common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding assignments and site-specific needs.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning required.
Ability to travel to multiple job sites within [LA area]; reliable transportation required.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
