That's why we offer an hourly pay guarantee to our entry-level technicians!

• Starting pay around $20/hour, based on qualifications and experience.
• Guaranteed hourly earnings: You'll be paid for the hours you work at your guaranteed hourly rate, even while you're learning and building your efficiency.
• Additional productivity earnings: Our flat-rate compensation structure gives you the opportunity to earn more as your complete work efficiently.
• Bonus opportunities: Earn additional performance-based incentives when you identify and recommend legitimate, needed vehicle maintenance and repairs, subject to program terms.

• Four-day workweek: Work four 10-hour shifts per week.
• Five consecutive days off every three weeks!
• No late-night shifts: Our Service Department operates from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Closed Sundays.
• Rotating schedule, including Saturdays.

What You'll Do

As part of our Express Service Team, you'll work alongside experienced automotive professionals while building your technical skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes and lubrication services.
• Inspect vehicles and identify needed maintenance or repairs.
• Complete basic automotive repairs and maintenance services.
• Document completed services and inspection findings accurately.
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding recommended maintenance and repair needs.
• Inspect and test-drive vehicles as assigned.
• Assist with installation of vehicle accessories.
• Work alongside experienced technicians to expand your automotive knowledge and skills.
• Follow dealership safety and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Basic automotive knowledge, technical training, or related hands-on experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to complete required pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
