With genuine hospitality, thoughtful product recommendations, and a passion for gifting, you will assist guests in discovering meaningful ways to celebrate the ones they care about.

Be the Host: Greet every guest with warmth and festive energy, creating an inviting atmosphere and a personalized sensorial experience.
Make Gifting Feel Effortless: Anticipate each guest's needs, listen with care, and recommend thoughtful skincare, body care, and fragrance gifts for everyone on their list.
Thrive in the Holiday Moment: Remain flexible, positive, and attentive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple guests and priorities.
Let Success Drive You: Support sales goals and daily store operations by taking initiative, replenishing product, maintaining visual standards, and putting the guest first.
Foster a Team Culture: Collaborate with colleagues, step in where needed, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive team throughout the holiday season.
Communicate with Care: Adapt your communication style to different guests and team members, welcome feedback, and help create smooth handoffs during peak traffic.

The pay range for this position is $18.26 - $21.00 per hour (depending on skills and experience).
