WHAT DOES THE JOB LOOK LIKE?

As a Vacation Ownership Sales Consultant, you'll connect with resort guests, build relationships, deliver engaging presentations, and help families discover vacation ownership opportunities.

You'll spend your days working with guests who are already visiting our resort—not chasing leads or making endless cold calls.

Typical Schedule: Friday through Tuesday, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need timeshare experience or an existing real estate license.

We're looking for individuals who:

• Have a natural ability to connect with people.

• Are confident, outgoing, and motivated by earning potential.

• Thrive in competitive, goal-oriented environments.

• Are coachable and eager to learn a new industry.

• Have experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.

• Are willing and eligible to obtain an Arizona real estate license.
