Store Manager - High Plainz Strains of Fort Lupton

High Plainz Strains is seeking an experienced Store Manager for my (Fort Lupton, CO) to lead daily store operations, develop retail teams, ensure MED compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a regulated dispensary environment. __General Info:__ Candidates with a current badge to work in the cannabis industry in Colorado will be given heavy preference. If you do not have that, you can apply for this by clicking HERE! This is a full-time position, regularly scheduled for 40 hours per week, typically across 5 shifts. Overtime may be required based on business needs. Open availability is required, as the store operates 8:00 am–10:00 pm daily, including weekends and holidays. The store is closed on Christmas Day. Candidates must be 21 years of age and hold a current MED Badge (or be eligible to obtain one). We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in providing outstanding customer service while ensuring full compliance with cannabis industry regulations.
