Something special is coming to Ball State’s campus—and we’re looking for an Executive Housekeeper to help bring it to life. Our new 97-room boutique hotel, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, will combine a distinctive local story with warm hospitality and the energy of campus life.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Build your team. Help hire, train, and inspire our opening housekeeping and laundry team.
Bring opening day to life. Organize supplies, prepare guest rooms, and establish department routines.
Lead with care. Coach your associates, set clear expectations, and celebrate their successes.
Make every detail count. Maintain cleanliness and Hilton brand standards throughout the hotel.
Keep us working together. Manage schedules, labor costs, inventory, and budgets while partnering with Front Office and Maintenance.

What You Bring

3+ years of hotel housekeeping leadership experience.
A welcoming leadership style and a passion for developing others.
Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
Experience managing schedules, inventory, and department performance.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Hilton experience is a plus!
