WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and supervise track maintenance crews and daily operations.

• Ensure compliance with FRA regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

• Inspect track conditions and coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.

• Drive productivity, quality, and safe work practices.

• Communicate track conditions, project progress, and operational needs to leadership.

• Respond to service disruptions, track issues, and emergency situations as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of track maintenance experience with crew leadership responsibilities.

• RWP, FRA 213, and CWR qualifications preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Valid Driver's License.
