  • Solution delivery and optimization: Support prioritization and delivery of analytics and technology solutions, identify data-quality and reporting gaps, monitor implemented solutions, and recommend improvements that increase business value and user adoption.

  • Documentation and communication: Maintain requirements documentation, process maps, decision logs, and project artifacts. Communicate findings, recommendations, business impacts, and project updates clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Continuous improvement: Contribute to ongoing operational enhancements and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

    • Ability to translate business needs into user stories, process flows, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
