Responsibilities

• Assist with appraising trades
• Writing up trades for reconditioning through workshop, following up with advisors and techs to manage best course of action for work to be done.
• Ensuring all preowned cars are kept clean and well presented in the showrooms, out front, and online
• Working service drive and appointments to find opportunities to purchase inventory
• Working auctions to find inventory
• Managing pricing and updating online, writing used vehicle descriptions
• Ensuring CPO requirements are met for inspections, advertising, and reporting
• Educating sales staff on available inventory

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience
• Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a per-employment background check & drug screen
• Possess strong communication skills
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
