Job description
Diva Law, LLC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain medical records, bills, and reports.
- Obtain health insurance liens.
- Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Assist clients throughout the claims process.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment while also working independently to resolve matters.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Parking, health insurance, HSA, annual bonus, continuing legal education, and other benefits offered.
