Sales Counselor - New Building Presales

Oakwood Village—Madison’s award-winning retirement community and one of the region’s most respected senior living organizations—is seeking a Presales Sales Counselor for an exciting new Independent Living apartment home expansion at our University Woods campus.

This is a unique opportunity to sell a highly anticipated community before it is built, backed by Oakwood’s exceptional reputation, strong demand, and long history of success.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Working closely with the Presales Director, you will build relationships with prospective residents, present the vision for the new community, guide apartment selections and help future residents make one of the most important decisions of their lives.

This role combines relationship management, sales, organization, and strong follow-through. You’ll work with prospective residents through the sales and reservation process and continue those relationships after reservation, helping keep future residents informed and engaged as the project progresses.

We’re looking for someone who connects easily with people, is comfortable discussing lifestyle and financial decisions, can confidently move a sale forward, and has the organizational skills to manage multiple relationships, priorities and details.

Experience in senior living is helpful but not required. Experience in real estate, leasing, hospitality or another service-oriented field could translate well to this opportunity.
