Amusements Lead

  WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run the amusements floor shift by shift: arcade, laser tag, escape rooms, and attractions.
• Work right alongside your team, keeping guests happy, games running, and rules enforced.
• Train and coach Amusements Associates and set clear expectations.
• Keep the area clean, safe, and ready for guests, and handle incidents calmly and by the book.
• Manage inventory and supplies, handle cash and POS accurately, and close out shift paperwork.
• Help build schedules that cover the department and events.
• Turn a broken game or an upset guest into a great visit.

  WHAT YOU BRING

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1-2 years of game room or amusements experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• A hands-on leadership style. You lead from the floor, not the office.
• Calm authority with guests of all ages, from kids to parents to big groups.
• Solid organization and comfort with basic Microsoft Office.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, when we're busiest.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a loud, high-energy space with lasers and strobes.
