  Primary Job Duties

• Maintain an active state insurance license and complete required continuing education (CE) courses.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Assist customers with payments, quotes, and policy issuance while educating them on coverage options to ensure proper protection.
• Follow the Agency Standards Manual and established procedures.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Follow up on outstanding items and maintain complete customer files for the agency and insurance carriers.
• Complete filing and posting within the agency management system.
• Monitor renewals and maintain required reports.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and good grooming.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and computer skills.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Work well with others as a team player.
• Be dependable, reliable, and accountable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
