At Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane, we’re looking for a dependable Parts Counterperson who takes pride in getting it right. You’ll work with our busy service departments Technicians and Service Advisors, customers, and vendors and be part of a supportive team that values what you bring to the counter.

What You’ll Do

• Help technicians and customers identify and order the correct parts.
• Use parts catalogs and review body shop estimates to identify accurate parts needs.
• Answer counter and phone inquiries, provide pricing, and communicate availability and order updates.
• Track orders and follow through on backorders, delays, and outstanding requests.
• Source parts through outside vendors when needed.
• Receive, pull, and fill orders while keeping inventory organized and accurate.
• Alert the Parts Manager to low-stock or out-of-stock items.
• Accurately invoice parts, bill internal requests, and process payments or credit authorizations.
• Build trust by being knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with.

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive parts experience is preferred, especially dealership or parts counter experience.
• Strong attention to detail, you understand how much the correct part and an accurate invoice matter.
• The ability to prioritize requests and stay organized when the counter and phones get busy.
• Clear communication and a willingness to keep people updated.
• A dependable teammate who takes ownership and follows through.
• Familiarity with automobiles and a willingness to keep learning.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Have a solid automotive background but haven’t worked a dealership parts counter? We’re open to training the right person.

Compensation & Benefits
