What You’ll Do

 Be the go-to voice for our customers

• Answer product, order, and shipping questions by email (HelpScout), phone, and live chat
• Deliver fast, helpful answers that leave customers smiling

 Make returns painless

• Sort out incorrect returns and get things back on track
• Issue refunds when needed
• Work with Amazon and other marketplace reps to resolve cases

 Fix shipping and replacement hiccups

• Create labels for replacement parts
• Cancel orders before they ship when needed
• Ship and test replacements so customers get exactly what they need

Your Schedule

• Monday – Thursday 8 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 10 am - 7 pm 
• Every 9th Saturday: 8 am – 4 pm
• Location: Onsite at our Goodfield, IL location
