TAG TITLE CLERK- Porsche Pittsburgh

Job Summary:

This position holds the responsibility for processing title and tag transactions in a high volume, fast paced work environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for checking accuracy of vehicle sale and purchase prices.
• Check for completeness and signatures on all required parts of forms.
• Responsible for processing documents for state registration.
• Fill out proper paperwork and ensure tax and title documents are complete.
• Maintains a file of sales, prices, payments, warranties, service contracts and other pertinent information related to the sale or transfer of a vehicle.
• Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma of GED required.
• 2+ years of dealership experience or similar environment.
• 6+ months of industry experience preferred.
• ADP Experience preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of accounting.

Physical Requirements:

• This is partly a sedentary role; however, this position requires some movement, some filing may be required.
• This position would also require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
