Job description
Poston Butte Golf Club, located in Florence, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Lead Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Lead the line during service, ensuring food is prepared to standard and plated consistently.
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization.
- Maintain a clean and efficient workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the kitchen team and communicate effectively with BOH and FOH staff.
- Help train and mentor line cooks as needed.

Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen.

Strong knife skills and knowledge of grill, sauté, and fry stations.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
