Process Technician

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot through-hole production equipment (including component insertion)
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery
• Create and modify manufacturing aids/work instructions
• Order shop supplies
• Investigate recurring manufacturing problems  
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions

Requirements:

• 2-year technical degree, electronics training, or equivalent
• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing with a mechanical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and bills of material
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic manufacturing documentation
• Familiarity with IPC standards, including IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC/WHMA-A-620
