What You'll Do:

• Lead the way! Plan, organize, and deliver engaging in-service educational programs that align with all regulations and enhance staff performance.
• Drive growth! Assess the facility’s education needs and create tailored training plans that foster development across the team.
• Set the standard! Conduct orientation for new hires, ensuring they are empowered and ready to succeed in their roles.
• Evaluate excellence! Perform annual competency skills assessments to ensure top-quality care and performance.
• Keep us on track! Maintain up-to-date licensure and health records (including Hepatitis B, TB) for all personnel.

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership excellence with outstanding communication skills.
• A natural ability to manage and inspire education and training efforts.
• An RN licensed in the state of Alaska (required).
