Our Organizational Strategy and Design practice is part of our Strategy & Operations practice. Organizational Design Consultants support client-delivery-focused supporting strategy, transformation and operations initiatives and execute operational, organizational or human capital projects. This can cover assessment, design, implementation, operationalization and long-term management of projects. Our Strategy and Operations Consultants provide pragmatic industry and organizational perspective to clients and client projects. Our consultants are skilled in research, data analysis, lean/continuous improvement, change management, and especially are expected to be strong writers and presenters. Our consultants are also expected to be knowledgeable about technology and financials. More experienced consultants should be skilled in portfolio and project management.
