Swim Coach

The CHASCO YMCA in Round Rock is seeking a **Swim Coach** to instruct, direct and coordinate youth swim programs, including Jr. Waves which is a swim team prep class. **We are offering a $260 bonus for new staff, and free family membership to the YMCA of Central Texas!** This position requires a vigilant, safety minded person to maintain a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes wellness and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. **Job Responsibilities:** **Schedule Needed: Saturday 9:15am-12:30pm, some additional weekend hours are needed throughout the year for swim events** **Skills & Requirements:** **Pay Rate:** $15.00 to $23.00/hour **About Us:** We are a not-for-profit services Association focusing on mission driven initiatives, with a vision of building strong kids, strong families and strong communities throughout 7 Texas Counties.
